What aikuaa is

aikuaa is a platform that answers natural-language questions about a company’s documents and databases, showing the cited source or the executed query next to every answer.

The concrete scope of each deployment — which sources are connected, which agents exist, and what each user can see — is defined in the service agreement signed with the contracting organisation.

Accounts and access

Access is by invitation. Every account belongs to an organisation, and that organisation grants, changes or revokes its users’ permissions.

You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account and for keeping secure the Google account you sign in with. If you suspect unauthorised use, tell us immediately.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable: credentials are not shared, and one account does not serve several people.

Acceptable use

When using aikuaa, you agree not to:

• access data belonging to an organisation you are not part of, or attempt to;
• circumvent permission boundaries, the network perimeter, or the platform’s security controls;
• use the service for illegal activity, or upload content you have no right to process;
• automate usage in a way that degrades the service for others;
• reverse-engineer the platform or resell it without written authorisation.

Company data

Documents, databases and conversations uploaded to or generated in aikuaa remain the contracting organisation’s property. aikuaa processes them on its behalf and under the privacy policy.

The platform, its code, its design and its brand belong to aikuaa. The agreement grants a right to use the service, not an assignment of the platform.

About the system’s answers

aikuaa delivers every answer alongside its proof — the cited clause or the executed query — precisely because an answer generated by a language model can be incomplete or wrong.

Answers are a working tool, not a ruling. They do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, medical or financial advice. Before making a decision with consequences, check the cited source. Responsibility for decisions taken from an answer lies with whoever takes them.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. There may be downtime for maintenance, external provider failures, or causes beyond our control.

Service-level commitments, where they exist, are those set out in the agreement signed with the contracting organisation.

Contracting and pricing

Commercial terms — scope, duration, pricing and payment — are agreed in writing with each organisation. These terms set no prices and do not replace those; where they differ, the signed agreement prevails.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel access that breaches these terms, endangers the security of the platform or of other users, or where a legal obligation requires it. Except in urgent cases, we give notice first.

The contracting organisation may request a user’s removal at any time. When the agreement ends, company data is returned or deleted as agreed in it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, aikuaa is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service contrary to these terms or to the documentation.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date in the header marks the latest version. If a change is material, we email active accounts before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means accepting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the city of Asunción, unless the agreement signed with the organisation provides otherwise.
